Revoke a SSL ID
U have to revoke your SSL ID when:
- the private key of your certificate is no longer available:
- no pending can be found on your server when you try to install the certificate
- you receive a 'private key mismatch' error during installation of the certificate on your server
- the private key has be corrupted on your server
- de private key is lost (eg. from a server crash or upgrade)
- the password of you private key is fogotten
- the private key has been compromised
- during installtion of the certificate it appears that the certificate has been requested for a invalid common name
- the information in the certificate is no longer accurate (eg. as a result form an organization name change)

Replace a Certificate
To replace a certificate, you will need your challenge phrase and a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for the enrollment process.
Note: the socalled Distinguished Name of the new CSR, needs to match exactly with the certificate that needs to be replaced.
If you request a replacement SSL Certificate within 30 days of issuance, it will be replaced at no cost. A €125 replacement fee applies after 30 days. A replacement SSL Certificate must have the exact same Distinguished Name.
