Generate a CSR from your server
You must submit a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) with your request for an SSL ID. A CSR is an encrypted file that contains your organization's public key, name, locality, and URL. To generate a CSR, you use your Web server software. When generating a CSR, a Web server creates two files: a private key, and a CSR.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Back up your private key and CSR on a floppy disk and store the disk in a secure location. Getronics PinkRoccade never receives a copy of your private key. If it is lost or damaged, you will be unable to use your SSL ID.
