To renew your Premium SSL ID, please follow these steps:

1. Generate a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR) - for assistance go to CSR Generation
2. Go to SEARCH
3. You may choose to do the search by one of the three choices, common name, order number or by the serial number and issuer name. We recommend you search by Common Name.
4. When search results are displayed, click on the Common Name of the Server Certificate which you wish to renew.
5. Your full certificate will be displayed. Click on the RENEW button at the bottom of the page.
6. You will then be prompted to enter your challenge phrase and click the Renew this certificate button. The challenge phrase is a phrase you chose at the time of enrolment.
7. This will take you to a page where you will need to submit your CSR.
8. After the CSR is submitted, complete the renewal enrolment form and click Accept.
