Security company e-mail infrastructures

This integrated solution secures company e-mail infrastructures (such as Microsoft Exchange, Novell Groupwise and Lotus Notes) using digital certificates and Managed PKI. This enables users to digitally sign and/or encrypt e-mail messages, without the need for installing e-mail add-on software.

Secured confidential data interchange

Confidential information can be exchanged securely via e-mail, whereby the communicating parties have certainty about each other's identity and proof of the unchanged contents of the message upon arrival.

When secured by digital certificates, company-sensitive information, such as intellectual property, patent-sensitive information, proposals, price agreements, assignments and project information cannot be read or changed by any unauthorized individual.

Possible extensions

This solution can be enhanced with smartcards and tokens, for the storage of the digital certificates, and with Qualified Certificates for legally valid digital signatures.

Digitsal certificates for secured websites

It is also possible to use the digital certificates for e-mail for access to secured websites and to combine the solution with the various PinkRoccade workplace concepts.
