To purchase an additional SSL Certificate, please follow these steps:
Before you submit your request, please do the following.
- Ensure that your domain name is still properly registered with the domain registration authority in your area. If it is not, Getronics PinkRoccade recommends that you start this process before purchasing an additional ID. Domain registration can take anywhere from two to fourteen business days, or even longer in some instances.
- Ensure that your legal documentation (chamber of commerce, Dun and Bradstreet, etc.) is valid and current. You submitted this information when you originally enrolled for a SSL Certificate.
- Ensure that the Organization Name, Locality, State and Country fields in your new certificate are exactly the same as in your other certificates.
